We are a property management company serving the West Madison and Verona areas seeking reliable individuals for two roles: building maintenance technician and ground maintenance worker. We manage multiple properties across the west side and offer positions ranging from entry-level to mid-level, with opportunities for future advancement.
The primary responsibilities for the maintenance technician include routine day-to-day repairs. Ideally, candidates will possess skills in minor plumbing, electrical work, door hardware, HVAC, painting, and some fire system maintenance. Experience with apartment turnovers is required.
The grounds maintenance worker will handle routine grounds upkeep, landscaping, clean-up, snow removal, and basic exterior building maintenance. Candidates for both positions must be hardworking, honest, and effective communicators. A valid driver’s license and access to a car or truck are necessary. Applicants must reside within a 20-minute radius of our locations.
Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend shifts during apartment turnovers. Hourly wages start at $22 and increase based on experience, up to $28 per hour. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
